Copper brazed double wall steel tube is made of steel strip which is copper plated on both side. It has widely applied for automobiles, refrigerators and other hydraulic system industries.
1.Double wall brazed steel tube is also called bundy tube, which is manufactured by rolling a copper-coated steel strip, then welding and galvanization.
2.It is mainly used in the automobile, refrigeration and heating industry, and also can be used for replacing copper tube, reduce the cost.
3.In cars it is used in automotive hydraulic brake lines, fuel lines,vaporizer tube, vacuum tube, power-steering tube, radiator pipe etc.
4.Surface treatment: White zinc, Color zinc, Olive green, PVF,etc. as customer's requirement.

For common coating type and common size, MOQ is 3000kg ; for specially coating type or specially size need confirmed.
4.How can I get some samples to do quality approved?
After quotation confirmed, we can send some samples for testing, several pieces tube are free, but big quantity maybe charged and freight should be bear by client.
5.What about the leading time for mass order producing?
Usually, 15-25 days for material preparing and producing after order confirmed, and 10 days for shipment booking and confirmed.35 days min for common size and type, special size and type need confirm.
